Love the retro feel of the place but needs some upgrades. For one, I wish they had better seating instead of just tables on each lane. The food is absolutely terrible, I get it's a bowling alley but it's even worse than you'd expect. Good prices for beer pitchers though so I'll be back, just with a full belly first.

We typically love coming here for the Arcade…but after our most recent visit we will be going to Main Event in the future instead. We have an 8 week old and my wife is a nursing mother. They refused to allow her to drink water from her water bottle as it was against the β€œoutside food and beverage” policy.

I’ve been to many Bowlero/AMC brand alleys and this was by far the worst. We came Sunday afternoon and despite making eye contact with several employees talking in the back office, and a couple employees walking back and forth between the office and kitchen, no one came out to check us in for almost 5 full minutes. There was only one lane in use out of 40. We asked to be on two side by side lanes and the woman checking us in acted like it was an inconvenience. She put us adjacent to the only lane in use, whereas it’s industry standard to leave a lane between bowlers when it’s not busy, so that they can bowl at the same time. The ball kept getting stuck in the ball return for one of our lanes. After being stuck 3 times in 5 frames, we asked to be moved. The woman at the desk said she couldn’t move us until the mechanic tried to return it and gave the clearance to be moved, so we’d have to keep bowling on that lane. Again, there were 37 open lanes. After getting stuck once again and having to have the ball retrieved for the fourth time in seven frames, we insisted on being moved. The ball was covered in gunk and scratched up from being stuck in the return for so long multiple ti

First time Bowling in Georgia! Being from Detroit it was a great experience! Found the staff to be friendly, and the Bowling alley pretty clean! Bowled in the TNBA Tournament and dispite the amount of people there is was enough space to accommodate us. Parking was great! Im ever back in town ill definitely bowl there!

Sean, the manager, was great. You can tell he really cares about the people coming in. It was a busy night, but he still made time to check on us and make sure we were good the whole time. What really stood out was his attitude and willingness to go above and beyond. He took the time to personally connect with us, made sure we were happy, and even invited us back so we could have an even better experience next time. That kind of customer service is rare and genuinely appreciated. On top of that, the entire staff was kind, patient, and welcoming. Overall, great customer service. We’ll definitely be back.
